Kitchen Manager/Production Chef Production chef for two very busy scratch restaurants, each generating over 7 million dollars in F&B sales plus off-premise catering operations serving the Boston Metro area.
Strong training ability and experience as an executive Chef or KM in a multi-million dollar production environment. Units located in Boston Salary to $90,000 per year plus benefits and incentive plan in addition to base salary.
