The Rhode Island Hospitality and Tourism Association (RIHTA) will be hosting a “Restaurant Marketing Boot Camp” seminar on Monday, March 3rd, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Radisson Airport Hotel, Warwick, RI. The “Boot Camp” will focus on opportunities for business growth in 2008, by offering a step-by-step guide to boosting sales and bottom line profits, as well as ways to fight competition from national food chains. Attendees will learn specific, usable marketing strategies for their business.
Presented by Michael Attias, a restaurant and catering marketing guru, the seminar will show restaurant owners how to use catering and high return, low cost marketing to double their profits.
